First Contact, 793 AD
A Viking finds something in the forest that should not exist in 793 AD.
A birthday tribute told as a music video. Restored family photos come to life, new scenes fill the gaps between them, and an original song carries one man's whole life.
A toy rocket sculpted in ZBrush and rebuilt as a clean model ready to print, and unicorn figures split into parts so they can be cut and assembled.

CNC creator
A desktop program for the Quality Arcades workshop. The team draws each cabinet part in Illustrator; this tool reads that drawing and prepares the cutting job for the CNC router, the machine that cuts the wood. It puts the cuts in a safe order (holes first, outer outline last), checks sizes and depths, estimates the time and shows the path of the cutter before anything is cut. One click exports the file the machine reads. It works in English and Spanish, in millimetres or inches.

Shipping checklist
A web app the workshop uses before every arcade machine ships. It guides the team through a 25-step list: order number, model, who tested it, colours, design and extras. At the end they take photos and sign on screen, and the app saves everything as one signed PDF per order, so there is a record of exactly what left the shop. It works in English and Spanish.
